How does HomeCycle work?
Step 1
Make a Booking
Book your Collection using the online booking form.
Collections are limited and vary with each council.
Please check your local HomeCycle program for more information.
Step 2
Pack your items
Where possible, box or bag items separately, as they go to different places.
Leave items outside in a safe and accessible spot near your front door the night before your collection day.
Step 3
Your items are collected
The accepted items will be collected on your booked collection day and a SMS notification will be sent once items are collected.
If items were left behind, it is likely they were not an accepted item included in the service.
